Friday’s keynote, “Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect,” will be presented by Will Guidara, restaurateur and author of “Unreasonable Hospitality,” on March 8 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Guidara is the co-founder of Make It Nice, a hospitality group that operates some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants, such as Eleven Madison Park, The NoMad, and Made Nice.
