Pvolve and HigherDose Partner to Offer Mindfulness Classes

Pvolve

Pvolve, the fitness brand known for its functional workouts, has joined forces with HigherDose, an at-home wellness tech company, to introduce a series of rest and recovery-focused classes. These classes aim to enhance mental well-being and promote mindfulness. Here’s what you need to know:

The New Classes

  1. Rest & Reset Cooldown: This class is designed to help individuals wind down after stressful days. It focuses on mental relaxation and rejuvenation.
  2. Rest & Reset Active Stretch: Dedicated to promoting mindfulness and creating a stronger physical-mental connection, this class encourages participants to engage in gentle stretches while maintaining mental awareness.
  3. Rest & Reset Sculpt & Stretch: Grounded in the mind-body connection, this class aims to enhance mental acuity and awareness. Participants will engage in movements that promote both physical and mental well-being.

Users can complete these classes on HigherDose’s popular PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field technology) mat. This innovative technology enhances the rest and recovery experience, making it even more effective.

The Brands

Both Pvolve and HigherDose have experienced rapid growth, driven by consumer interest in holistic health and wellness. HigherDose, founded by Katie Kaps and Lauren Berlingeri in 2016, aims to make high-tech recovery tools accessible to the masses. Pvolve, founded in 2017 by Rachel Katzman, bridges the gap between fitness and healthcare. By partnering with Pvolve, HigherDose seeks to educate consumers about integrating its technology and methodology into their workouts and everyday practices.

Pvolve’s functional fitness method has garnered attention, especially among women aged 40 and above. Clinical studies demonstrate its positive impact on flexibility, balance, mobility, and stability. With 47 franchise locations sold and nine open studios (six of which are franchised), Pvolve continues to expand. The brand’s first franchise studio opened in San Diego just one year ago.

Special Offers

Throughout April, Pvolve members receive 15% off HigherDose products. Additionally, those who purchase a package will receive a free gift of Serotonin Soak, infused with magnesium, French green clay, and algae. Consumers spending $100 or more at HigherDose will receive a one-month Pvolve membership.

As the wellness industry evolves, collaborations like the one between Pvolve and HigherDose provide innovative solutions for mental and physical well-being. Whether you’re winding down after a busy day or seeking mindfulness, these classes offer a holistic approach to self-care.
